Seven Men Sentenced In Dominica Plot
NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Seven men who pleaded guilty in connection with an aborted plot to overthrow the government of the Caribbean island of Dominica were Wednesday jailed for up to three years. Michael Perdue, the — —– ringleader of the plot, Wolfgang Droege, Robert Williams, Pritchard Williams, Barnett Watch–, and Christopher Bully Anderson were sentenced to three years each. Larry Lloyd jacklin and George Taylor Malvaney, in their early 20s the group’s youngest offenders, were ordered to a youth ——- center where they can serve as little as three months. All seven had pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of violating the Neutrality Act on a plea bargaining arrangement.
Note: Dave Emory, in his radio show transcribed and featured at the present web site, alleged that the names of 7 of the 10 men were not known, and they were not prosecuted. It would seem that they were known, and they were prosecuted.
